About the project
The project main objectives are to enhance the employability of trainees, bridge the gap between VET deliverables and labor market needs, and foster applied innovations in vocational education and training. The project aims to achieve these objectives through a collaborative partnership between the VET provider and the two enterprises. The use of grant funding for the project is primarily directed towards developing and implementing work-based learning programs that integrate classroom instruction with practical on-the-job training.
The planned results of the project include:
Enhanced employability: The project intends to equip trainees with practical skills and knowledge that are directly applicable to the labor market. By aligning the VET deliverables with industry needs, trainees will be better prepared to meet the demands of employers, increasing their chances of securing employment upon completion of the program.
Applied innovations: The collaboration between the VET provider and the enterprises aims to bring about innovative approaches to vocational education and training. This could involve incorporating emerging technologies, introducing new teaching methodologies, or adapting curriculum to address evolving industry trends. The project encourages the development and implementation of applied innovations that enhance the quality and relevance of VET programs.
