The Kosovo Challenge Fund’s Second Call for Expressions of Interest, which was open from November 21, 2022, to February 3, 2023, invited applications from consortia comprised of vocational training institutes and enterprises in Kosovo engaged in cooperative Vocational Education and Training (VET) programmes leading to nationally recognized certifications.
During the initial stage of the call, all received applications underwent a rigorous eligibility assessment, leading to the shortlisting of 13 consortia. These selected consortia were subsequently invited to develop comprehensive project proposals, with a submission deadline set for June 23, 2023.
In the subsequent evaluation phase, external experts specializing in selection processes reviewed and evaluated the applications based on predefined selection criteria. These criteria encompassed the evaluation of project concepts, feasibility, plausibility, and the level of ambition inherent in each submitted project.
