The VTI main goal is to provide excellent dual training to make it easier for employers seeking new employees by allowing them through out the training to test the trainees and integrate them during this process in to their companies.

 

Tempulli together with its enterprise partners aims to provide quality training in the construction sector, giving its trainees the needed practical and theoretical knowledge to become full-fledged professionals in the respective fields. Tempulli will be the training provider for the theoretical and laboratory part. The partner companies will be the employers that will provide the trainees with on-the-job training. They will also ensure the working place and work for each trainee.

 

As far as technical, methodological, and digital training is concerned, we will build on the approaches and successes of our previous experience. In order to better anchor teacher training in the system, we would like to use quality assurance instruments in educational institutions. To this end, regulations can be laid down in the school improvement plans that take into account written documented, regular needs assessments, taking into account the qualifications and goals of the employees, as well as the range of services offered by the institution.This also makes it possible to combine process-oriented learning in the company with theoretical and reflection phases in the vocational school. Work steps and project results can be documented with mobile phone videos in digital learning diaries.
